The Mustang Mindset is the standard of expectations which help us evaluate and develop godly-leaders:

Listening and Learning Attitude (Proverbs 19:20).
Instant and Joyful Obedience (Proverbs 10:17) Obeying quickly, completely, and without complaining.
Diligence to Duty (Galatians 6:9, Philippians 3:14) Being where I am supposed to be, doing what I’m supposed to do be doing, when I’m supposed to do it, as well as that task can be done.
Respecting Myself and Others (Luke 6:31) Doing unto others as I would have them do unto me.
Respecting Property (1 Peter 4:10) Being good stewards over all that is given to us.
